Gerald Mäsch

Prof. Dr. Gerald Mäsch is a Professor of Civil Law, Commercial and Business Law, Private International Law, and Comparative Law at the Institute for International Business Law within the Faculty of Law at the University of Münster. He has served as the institute’s director since 2004, succeeding Prof. Berger, and leads an interdisciplinary chair focused on practical legal training and international academic collaboration.
