Prof. Dr. Leander D. Loacker holds the Chair in Private and Business Law at the University of Zurich's Faculty of Law. His expertise spans private law, business law, insurance law, and technology law. His research emphasizes cross-border transactions, antitrust regulation, and consumer protection, with a focus on Swiss-EU legal interactions. He leads the Center for Innovation, Risk and Responsibility (CIRR), addressing technology law challenges.
