Georgina Belsham is a Lecturer in the Faculty of Science and Engineering, School of Life Sciences at Anglia Ruskin University. She joined in 2019 and became a full-time Lecturer in 2021. Her educational background includes a Postgraduate Certificate in Learning and Teaching from ARU, an MSc in Forensic Anthropology from the University of Dundee, and a BSc (Hons) in Forensic Investigation from Staffordshire University.
Her research interests focus on skeletal pathology, juvenile osteology, decomposition, and taphonomy. She has presented her work on trauma patterns in bone at national conferences.
Teaching responsibilities include module leadership for Forensic Scene Examination and contributions to Biological and Trace Evidence Analysis, Mass Fatality Incidents, and Management of Major Investigations courses.
