Georgia Allen-Baker is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Sport, Exercise and Rehabilitation at Northumbria University. She holds a BSc and MSc from Northumbria University and a PhD from Brunel University in Sport Psychology and Education. Her research focuses on psychological and social dimensions of sport and physical activity, particularly in children and young people, emphasizing inequality in early years sport environments and long-term behavioral impacts. She is a Senior Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (SFHEA), reflecting her commitment to teaching excellence.
