Gazmen Xhudo

Gazmen Xhudo is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Management at Mercy College's School of Business. He also serves as Program Director for the EDGE Program. With a Ph.D. from the University of St. Andrews (1995), his career spans over three decades in intelligence analysis, federal law enforcement, and academic instruction.

His research focuses on school safety and preparedness, stemming from extensive experience in counter-terrorism, organized crime analysis, and law enforcement training. He has trained personnel from agencies including FBI, NYPD, and international police forces like Dutch Border Police and Irish Garda.

Prior roles include Anti-Fraud Coordinator at the U.S. Consulate in Lagos, Regional Security Officer at the U.S. Embassy-Lisbon, and service on the New York Joint Terrorist Task Force. He has been an adjunct instructor at Fairleigh Dickinson University since 2008.
