Andrew Marshall is an adjunct faculty member in the Department of Criminology, Law and Society at George Mason University. He retired after 32 years as a Supervisory Special Agent with the FBI, where he specialized in protecting high-profile figures, investigating white-collar crimes, counter-terrorism, and intelligence operations. He holds an MA (Education) from Seton Hall University (GPA 4.0) and a B.S. in Criminal Justice from Westfield State University.
His teaching focuses on intelligence analysis and homeland security education. His FBI experience included aerial/electronic surveillance, violent crime investigations, and collaboration with U.S. intelligence agencies. He is a graduate of the FBI Academy and Federal Law Enforcement Training Center.
Research interests intersect criminology with physical rehabilitation, reflected in his published work on spinal cord injury rehabilitation, Parkinson’s disease mobility interventions, and cardiorespiratory adaptations.
