Gary Miller is an Honorary Senior Fellow and Lecturer at the Centre for Commercial Law Studies, Queen Mary University of London. With 47 years of expertise in international dispute resolution, he advises clients on legal and commercial challenges arising from global business operations. He began his career as a UK solicitor, relocated to Hong Kong in 1977, and spent 13 years addressing cross-border legal and cultural complexities. Gary emphasizes holistic solutions, integrating due diligence, negotiation, and multi-disciplinary teams to achieve client objectives. Since returning to the UK in 1989, he has focused on supporting Asian-based businesses and collaborating with in-house counsel to craft tailored strategies.
