Matthew Cheung

Matthew Cheung is a Consultant Lecturer at the Faculty of Law, The Chinese University of Hong Kong, teaching across LLB, JD, LLM, and PCLL programs in theoretical (Jurisprudence & Ethics), substantive (Civil Procedure, Contract), and vocational disciplines (Alternative Dispute Resolution, Trial Advocacy). He holds extensive legal practice experience in banking/finance litigation and civil fraud across London, Auckland, and Hong Kong.

Sits on the Standing Committee on Legal Education and Training and HKSAR Department of Justice's Steering Committee on Rule of Law Education, shaping Hong Kong's legal education policy and professional standards.
