DENNIS HIE

Prof. Dennis Hie (許學峰教授) is an Associate Professor at the Faculty of Law, The Chinese University of Hong Kong. A solicitor admitted in Hong Kong and England & Wales, he specializes in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and China-related commercial matters.
