Galanaki Anna Eleni

Eleanna Galanaki is an Associate Professor at the Athens University of Economics and Business and Director of the Human Resources Management Laboratory within the School of Business Administration. She is actively engaged in research and education in strategic and international human resources management, with a focus on management information systems, macro-environmental impacts on HR, and outsourcing.

Her research extends to the relationship between administrative practices and organizational performance, with publications in reputable journals such as the International Journal of Human Resource Management and European Management Review. She has authored or edited 7 books and developed university educational materials.

Galanaki teaches human resources administration, management consulting, and HR metrics to undergraduate and postgraduate students, as well as business executives, and has implemented innovative teaching tools like simulations and interactive case studies.

She has coordinated international research and consulting projects in management and organizational behavior and served as a reviewer for research proposals. She has held leadership roles in the European Academy of Management, including program chair and board member, and is a reviewer and editorial board member for several journals.
