Anna Eleni Galanaki

Anna Eleni Galanaki serves as Associate Professor and Director of the HRM Laboratory at the Department of Marketing and Communication, School of Business, Athens University of Economics and Business (AUEB). She teaches Human Resource Management, General Management, HR Metrics, Consulting, and Organisational Behaviour across undergraduate, graduate, and professional education programs.

Her research investigates strategic and international HRM-performance relationships, with current projects examining SME contexts, aging workforces, and cross-border applications. Publications appear in journals including the International Journal of Human Resource Management, European Management Review, and Career Development International, alongside seven authored/edited HRM books and peer-reviewed book chapters.

Dr. Galanaki contributes to academic governance as editorial board member for the International Journal of Human Resource Management and Employee Relations, while actively participating in the European Academy of Management (EURAM) as Scientific Committee member, OB SIG program chair, and former Executive Board representative (2015-2019).
