Dr. Gabriele Pisarz-Ramirez is a Professor for American Studies and Minority Studies at the University of Leipzig, Germany. Her academic career spans institutions including Stanford University (Guest Professor), University of California, Berkeley (Visiting Scholar), and State University of New York, Binghamton (Fulbright grantee). She leads research projects within the Collaborative Research Centre 1199 on 'Processes of Spatialization under the Global Condition.'
