Gabriel Piqué, DMA, is the Assistant Professor of Saxophone at Baylor University, recognized for his technical mastery and musical sensitivity. With a teaching philosophy emphasizing "creative problem-solving, a welcoming studio, honest communication, and a dash of humor," he bridges classical and jazz traditions through performance and pedagogy.

A globally active performer, Piqué has concertized in Las Vegas, Zagreb, Moscow, Strasbourg, Beijing, Las Palmas, and Bangkok. As an educator, he draws from training under Debra Richtmeyer, Chien-Kwan Lin, and Connie Frigo in classical saxophone, while deepening his jazz expertise with Dave D’Angelo (Buddy Rich Orchestra) and Ron Bridgewater (Thad Jones/Mel Lewis Jazz Orchestra).
