Gabriel Linton

Gabriel Linton is an Associate Professor of Business Administration at Innlandet University of Applied Sciences, specializing in digitalization, entrepreneurship, and innovation strategy. He is affiliated with the Department of Organization, Leadership and Management and the CREDS Center for Research on Digitalization and Sustainability. His research focuses on digitalization's impact on entrepreneurship, innovation ecosystems, and business model innovation, with a particular interest in startups and sustainability.

Education: PhD from Örebro University (2016), BBA and MBA from Cleveland State University (2005, 2008). He also has industry experience in transport management, consulting, and board roles.

Publications span journals like Journal of Business Research, R&D Management, and European Journal of Innovation Management. Recent work addresses AI in startups, circular economy models, and deep-tech innovation challenges.

He serves on the editorial boards of Journal of Small Business and Enterprise Development and Journal of Small Business and Entrepreneurship. His teaching includes entrepreneurship, innovation, and business development courses.
