G. Ray Warner is a Professor of Law at St. John’s University School of Law, where he serves as the first Dean of Bankruptcy Studies and has established the nation’s most extensive bankruptcy program and an LL.M. degree in bankruptcy. His expertise spans U.S. and cross-border insolvency, commercial law, and international business law. He has been actively involved in legal practice with international law firms and holds leadership roles in prominent academic organizations.
