Franziska Lauenstein

Franziska Lauenstein is Assistant Professor at Kühne Logistics University's Strategic Organization Design Unit. Her research examines microfoundations of organizational adaptation using experimental methods and computational modeling.

Key interests include innovation dynamics in changing environments, learning mechanisms in complex organizations, and behavioral responses to structural interventions. Her work bridges strategy, organization theory, and behavioral economics.

Professor Lauenstein completed her PhD at University of Hamburg (2019) with research visits to Universitat Pompeu Fabra and University of Southern Denmark. She contributes to projects on innovation control in complex organizations and organizational response patterns.
