Franziska Brech is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Modern Languages at the University of Nebraska – Kearney. She teaches multiple disciplines including flute performance, chamber music, music appreciation, and German language instruction. Her professional affiliations include directing the UNK flute choir, co-founding the touring ensemble Trans-Nebraska Players, and contributing to Flöte aktuell magazine since 2010.
