Frank Reid is a Professor at the University of Toronto, affiliated with the Centre for Industrial Relations and Human Resources and cross-appointed to the Department of Economics. He teaches both undergraduate and graduate courses in Industrial Relations and Human Resources, including the 12-month MIRHR program.

As CIRHR Director (1997-2009), he established the MIRHR program and secured faculty hiring authority for the Centre. He later served as Associate Director and Graduate Coordinator (2014-2024) and President of the Canadian Industrial Relations Association.
