Frank Jimenez is Associate Professor of Business and Management and Co-Chair of Traditional Undergraduate Students at Hope International University. He holds a Doctor of Management in Organizational Leadership from the University of Phoenix and has extensive experience in business education and leadership development.
His academic interests include:

- Human behavior and its impact on organizations

Dr. Jimenez has been recognized multiple times as Faculty of the Year at the University of Phoenix (2018, 2020, 2021). He also served as Chair of the University Faculty Affairs Committee at Westcliff University in 2022. His professional presentations cover topics such as succession planning, SWOTT analysis, and diversity in the workplace, delivered at chambers of commerce and academic conferences.
His scholarly contributions include his doctoral dissertation on follower feedback and leader self-efficacy. He is affiliated with Delta Mu Delta, the International Business Honor Society.
He teaches courses such as Organizational Behavior, Strategic Marketing Management, and Christian Vision of Business, spanning both undergraduate and graduate levels.
