Donald Kudek

Donald Kudek is an Associate Professor of Business Administration at Wisconsin Lutheran College. His research examines leadership-followership dynamics, organizational behavior, and pedagogical effectiveness. Recent publications analyze personality correlates in followership styles and impacts of team-selection methods on student outcomes.
