Ben Washburn is an Assistant Professor of Education at Wisconsin Lutheran College. With over 25 years in K-12 education, he has served as a teacher, dormitory supervisor, assistant principal, and principal. His research focuses on educational leadership, principals' leadership styles, and teachers' job satisfaction. He teaches courses in educational diversity, instructional methods, home-school partnerships, and social studies.

Service & Affiliations: He serves as a coach for the WLC Center for Christian Leadership and is a member of the Association for Supervision and Curriculum Development (ASCD).
