Henrik Andersen

Henrik Andersen is a Part-time Lecturer at Aalborg University Business School within the Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities, affiliated with the Marketing and Market Processes Research Group and the Strategy, Organization and Management Group. He holds a Cand Merc degree from Aarhus University.

His research focuses on leadership dynamics, management frameworks, and followership relationships. Current investigations examine how collaborative responsibility between leaders and employees drives organizational value creation.

Published works analyze leadership-followership models in contemporary business environments, exploring theoretical frameworks for shared accountability in organizational settings.
