Dr. Frank Poncé is a Professor and Program Review Coordinator in the Division of Leadership and Followership Studies at Indiana Wesleyan University's DeVoe School of Business, Technology, and Leadership. He serves as a Peer Reviewer and Review Team Leader for the Higher Learning Commission, specializing in teaching/learning assessment, distance learning, and prison higher education programs. He actively participates in university governance through roles on the Faculty Senate, University General Education Council, and CAPS General Education Committee.
Education: Ph.D. in Music Education (The Ohio State University) with a focus on organizational psychology; M.M. in Sacred Music (Wittenberg University); B.A. in Music Education (Anderson College) with an Education minor.
Research interests center on organizational behavior within academic settings, particularly job satisfaction dynamics and equitable access to education. As a consultant, he advises on academic/co-curricular assessment strategies. His work emphasizes bridging theoretical frameworks with practical applications in leadership development and institutional accreditation.
