Joanne Barnes

Joanne Barnes is a Professor of Organizational Leadership in the Division of Leadership and Followership Studies at Indiana Wesleyan University's College of Adult and Professional Studies. Prior to her academic career, she retired from Delphi Electronics & Safety after 37 years, holding senior management roles including Global Quality Systems Manager. She is a certified trainer in Intercultural Effectiveness Scale, Global Competency Inventory, and Cultural Intelligence, and collaborates with universities and businesses to prepare leaders for global assignments through assessments and coaching.
