Patricia Johnson

Patricia Johnson is an Associate Professor in the Division of Leadership and Followership Studies at Indiana Wesleyan University. Her academic career spans over 20 years of teaching at undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral levels, focusing on leadership, management, and spiritual formation. She has held senior leadership roles in academia, government, international organizations, and church ministries.
