Frank Flügel

Frank Flügel is a Lecturer at the Lucerne School of Business (HSLU), Institute of Communication and Marketing (IKM). He holds an Executive MBA from Universität St.Gallen (HSG) and completed advanced studies in Marketing & Brand Management at UCLA Anderson School. His professional roles include Founder & Managing Partner of CareerZone GmbH, Associate Partner at FORWARD Partners AG, and Founder/Owner of Redford Custom-made. He has extensive industry experience in banking, consulting, and market research, including leadership roles at Bank Julius Bär and IDC Switzerland.

Research interests focus on digital customer management, luxury innovation strategy, AI-driven talent acquisition, and employer branding. Notable projects include the ITC initiative exploring AI-assisted employer branding automation. Awards include the IMG-HSG Prize for his master's thesis on brand management frameworks.
