Frank C. Worrell is a Professor at the School of Education, directing the School Psychology Program and the Academic Talent Development Program. He holds a bachelor’s and master’s in psychology from the University of Western Ontario (Canada) and a doctorate in school and educational psychology from the University of California, Berkeley. His research focuses on gifted education, at-risk youth, cultural identity’s role in development, and scale validation for sociological studies. He collaborates internationally with institutions in Ethiopia, China, Germany, and others.

His work emphasizes bridging research to practical school applications.
