Dr. Frank C. Worrell is a Distinguished Professor at the School of Education, University of California, Berkeley, and a leading figure in school psychology, gifted education, and psychosocial research. He directs the School Psychology Program, Academic Talent Development Program, and California College Preparatory Academy, with an affiliate appointment in the Social and Personality Area of the Department of Psychology. His work bridges cultural identities, time perspective, and educational equity, focusing on translating psychological research into school-based interventions.
