Melanie S. Meyer, Ph.D., is a Lecturer in the Learning and Organizational Change Ed.D. program at Baylor University's School of Education. She earned a B.A. in English from the University of Texas at Austin, a Ph.D. in Educational Psychology from the University of North Texas (where she was recognized as Outstanding Graduate Student), and completed a two-year postdoctoral fellowship at Johns Hopkins University focusing on interventions to address opportunity/excellence gaps for advanced learners.
