Francesca Scrinzi is a Senior Lecturer in Sociological & Cultural Studies at the University of Glasgow, affiliated with the College of Social Sciences and the School of Social & Political Sciences. Her research focuses on gender, migration, racism, and the international division of care work, particularly in European contexts. She has held prestigious fellowships, including the British Academy Mid-Career Fellowship (2018-2019) and a Marie Sklodowska-Curie Research Fellowship (2015-2017).

Research Interests:

She critically examines anti-immigration activism in Europe, particularly within populist radical right parties like the Northern League (Italy) and the National Front (France). Her recent projects include studies on evangelical migrants in Southern Europe and the co-optation of feminist discourses by far-right movements.
