Francesca Pongiglione is an Associate Professor in Moral Philosophy at Vita-Salute San Raffaele University, affiliated with the Faculty of Philosophy. She holds expertise in ethics, epistemology, environmental ethics, human rights, and migrations. Her research focuses on individual responsibility in collective actions, particularly within climate change contexts.
Education: PhD in Ethics from the University of Bologna (2009). She has held visiting scholar positions at Boston University and the University of Glasgow. Research fellowships include roles at the London School of Economics and the Collegio Carlo Alberto.
