Frances-Marie Hitchen is a Lecturer at Staffordshire University's School of Justice, Security and Sustainability, specializing in Travel, Tourism, and Events Management. With over 10 years of industry experience as Cabin Crew for Thomson Airways (TUI) and 10 years of academic experience, she integrates practical insights into her teaching. Her expertise includes customer service, leadership, and sustainable tourism.
