Florence Shu-Blankson is a full-time Professor of Law at Shepard Broad College of Law, Nova Southeastern University, where she has taught since 2000. Her roles include teaching in the JD Program, Master’s in Health Law (M.HL), and Master’s in Education Law (M.S. Ed.L), supervising over 70 student research papers in health law.

Research Interests: Dr. Shu-Blankson specializes in Business Entities, Comparative Corporate Governance, and Health Law, with a focus on Women’s Rights in HIV/AIDS Legislation. Her work bridges International Law and Human Rights, particularly in African legal frameworks.
Recent Publications span Medical Marijuana Regulation, Refugee Law Dynamics, and Non-Compete Agreements, reflecting her interdisciplinary approach to law and social policy. Key themes include transnational legal harmonization and public health governance.
