Gerald B. Tanyi is a Visiting Lecturer in Law at Yale Law School and Chief Counsel of the World Bank Group’s International Finance Corporation (IFC). He holds a J.S.D. and LL.M. from Yale Law School, and LL.M. and LL.B. degrees from the University of Yaoundé, Cameroon, with additional studies in banking and capital markets at the University of Geneva. His expertise spans infrastructure finance, development finance, and international project finance, bridging common law and civil law systems.
