Dr. Flora Hung-Baesecke is a Senior Lecturer and Teaching and Learning Lead for Strategic Communication at the University of Technology Sydney (UTS). Her research focuses on stakeholder engagement, corporate social responsibility (CSR), organizational purpose, sustainability, strategic communication, and crisis communication. She holds a PhD from the University of Maryland, College Park, and has held academic positions at Hong Kong Baptist University and Massey University.

Flora advises on CSR strategies for global firms like BASF and Ketchum, and collaborates with institutions like the Global Strategic Communication Consortium. She supervises research on CSR, employee activism, and digital communication ethics.
