Fleur Middlebrough is a Senior Lecturer and Subject Group Head in Accounting at the University of Salford's Business School, where she also serves as the Global Citizenship Co-ordinator. With over 20 years of industry experience in Credit Risk at organizations like Barclays Bank and GE Capital, she transitioned to academia in 2010. Her industry background informs her teaching focus on digital transformation and authentic assessments to prepare students for professional careers.
She holds professional credentials as a Chartered Credit Manager (CICM) and is an academic champion with CIMA.
