Mrs Jo Abdul-Rahim is an academic at Middlesex University's Faculty of Business and Law, serving as Acting Head of the Department of Accounting, Finance & Economics. She holds a BSc (Hons) in Mathematics and Mathematical Statistics from the University of Exeter and is a Chartered Accountant and Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
Research & Teaching
Her research interests include Accounting Education and International Financial Reporting. She specializes in teaching financial reporting and accounting, drawing on her professional qualifications and practical experience. Her teaching covers advanced financial accounting topics such as consolidation, corporate social responsibility, and accounting for financial instruments.
