Flavio Gregori is a Full Professor of English Literature at Ca' Foscari University of Venice, specializing in eighteenth-century literature and culture. He holds positions as Director of the literary festival Incroci di Civiltà and oversees several academic journals including English Literature: Theories, Interpretations, Contexts. His research explores the transformation of literary genres, cross-cultural literary relations, and adaptations between literature and cinema. Gregori earned his Ph.D. from the University of Florence and has held roles such as Vice-Rector for Cultural Activities (2014–2020) and Department Head (2011–2012).
