Alessandro Cinquegrani is a Full Professor of Contemporary Italian Literature (L-Fil-Let/11) at Ca' Foscari University of Venice, where he has been employed since 2010. He holds positions in the Department of Humanities, the Interdepartmental Center "Interdepartmental School of Economics, Languages and Entrepreneurship for International Exchanges" in Treviso, and the Temporary Center for the Innovation Ecosystem Project.

Cinquegrani coordinates the PhD program in Italian Studies and serves on multiple departmental committees including the Research Committee and Teaching Committee of the Department of Humanities. He is a member of the Festival Incroci di Civiltà and the scientific committee of Strategy Innovation. His research group focuses on "Models of Jungian and post-Jungian hermeneutics from literature to business," exploring how literary concepts can inform business narrative and organizational storytelling.
