Fiona Davies is a Lecturer in Law at Edge Hill University's School of Law & Criminal Justice. She is completing her PhD at the University of Sheffield School of Law, funded by the Doctoral Academy Scholarship. Her research focuses on international criminal law's application to advanced technologies like autonomous weapon systems, particularly examining command responsibility doctrines.

Research Interests: Fiona's work bridges international law and emerging technologies, emphasizing how legal frameworks address accountability for autonomous systems in military contexts. Teaching: She teaches International Law, Criminal Law, Contract Law, Tort Law, EU Law, and convenes the Law of Evidence module.
