Felix Amenumey is a Lecturer in the College of Adult and Professional Studies at Bethel University, where he has been affiliated since 2017. His academic roles include teaching and research in organizational leadership and environmental sustainability.
Education: Felix holds a B.A. in Economics and Geography (University of Cape Coast, 1994), an M.Ed. in Environmental Education (University of Minnesota, Duluth, 2005), and a Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership, Policy, and Development (University of Minnesota, 2015).
Research Interests: His work focuses on employee sustainability behaviors, organizational development, and international development. He has contributed to civic engagement projects through the Regional Sustainable Development Partnerships (RSDP), including renewable energy assessments and community infrastructure initiatives in Minnesota.
Experience: Prior to Bethel, Felix taught at the University of Minnesota, instructing courses like Foundations of Human Resource Development and Methods of Change in Developing Countries. His professional background combines academia with practical projects in environmental conservation and community development.
