Fei Fang is an Assistant Professor of Finance at Clark University's School of Business. She holds a Ph.D. in Finance from the Isenberg School of Management at UMass Amherst (2019), an M.A. in Economics from SUNY Buffalo (2012), and two M.A./B.A. degrees in International Economics from Nankai University (2010/2008). Her research focuses on sustainable investing, low-carbon strategies, circular economy financing, and empirical asset pricing mechanisms. She explores topics like climate policy impacts on mutual funds, insider trading dynamics, and pandemic-era market behaviors.
Her scholarly work has appeared in journals such as Finance Research Letters, International Review of Financial Analysis, and Critical Finance Review. Recent articles analyze misclassification costs in mutual funds, climate activism’s investor impact, and circular economy financing models. Teaching interests include investments, options, and risk management.
Dr. Fang’s research emphasizes sustainability integration in financial markets, with studies on ESG metrics, volatility risk, and liquidity dynamics. Her work bridges theoretical asset pricing models with real-world market data, particularly in US and Japanese contexts.
