Federico Losurdo serves as Associate Professor of Constitutional and Public Law at the Department of Law, University of Urbino Carlo Bo. His teaching portfolio includes European Constitutional Law, Public Law and Local Government, and Institutions of Public Law across Law, Sociology, and Political Science degree programs for the 2025/2026 academic year.
His research centers on European constitutional dynamics, with particular focus on pandemic crisis governance, neoliberal globalization frameworks, and sovereignty transformations within the EU. Recent publications analyze the European pandemic response paradigm shift, Italexit sovereignty debates, and the decline of neoliberal economic constitutionalism. His work bridges doctrinal analysis with critical political economy perspectives.
