Faye Worthy-Pauling is a Senior Lecturer in Primary Education at the University of Brighton, affiliated with the School of Education, Sport and Health and the Education Research Excellence Group. She serves as Assistant Programme Leader for the BA (Hons) Primary Education and BA (Hons) 3-7 programmes. With 18 years of teaching experience, she has held roles including class teacher, assistant head teacher, and Local Education Authority Advisor. Her research focuses on PSHE/Citizenship education, talk-based learning, and early career teacher development.
