Dr. Fatma KAYA YILDIRIM is a Lecturer at the Department of Food Hygiene and Technology, Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, Near East University. She earned her PhD in 2022 with a thesis on "Determination of Microbiological, Physicochemical, Sensory and Probiotic Properties of Four Herb Kefir During Its Shelf Life" after completing her master's in Pharmacognosy and Pharmaceutical Botany (2007-2010) and bachelor's in Biology (2006).
