Fang Yu

Dr. Fang Yu is an Assistant Professor of Radiology at UT Southwestern Medical Center in the Neuroradiology Division. He specializes in developing advanced magnetic resonance imaging techniques for neurological disorders, particularly demyelinating and neurodegenerative diseases.

His research focuses on novel MRI applications that improve diagnosis and monitoring of conditions like multiple sclerosis and Parkinson's disease. Dr. Yu has produced peer-reviewed publications, abstracts, book chapters, and secured research grants supporting his imaging innovations.

At UT Southwestern, he serves on multiple committees including Neuroradiology MR Quality Control, Fellowship Selection, and Research Day Abstract Review. He is an active member of professional societies including RSNA and ISMRM.
