Dr. Fan-Gang Tseng is a Distinguished Professor at the Department of Engineering and System Science, National Tsing Hua University (NTHU), Taiwan. He currently serves as Vice President for Research and Development at NTHU since 2017. Previously, he held roles including Dean of NTHU Nuclear Science College (2016–2017), AVP for Global Affairs (2013–2014), and Department Chair of ESS (2010–2013). He is also affiliated with the NEMS Institute.

Research Interests: His work focuses on BioNEMS, biosensors, micro-fluidics, tissue chips, nano hydrogen storage, and fuel cells. He emphasizes precision medicine applications, such as single circulating tumor cell detection systems.

Labs & Teams: Affiliated with the NEMS Institute and leads research teams in bioengineering and nanotechnology at NTHU's Department of Engineering and System Science.
