Fabienne Rast is an Academic Assistant and doctoral candidate at the University of Lucerne's Faculty of Law, working under Prof. Dr. Martina Caroni, LL.M. (Yale). She holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Law from Zurich University of Applied Sciences (ZHAW) and completed her Master's in Law at the University of Lucerne in early 2025 after passing bridging examinations. Her professional experience includes roles as a legal assistant at a law firm in Winterthur and as an undergraduate research assistant at Prof. Caroni's chair from March 2024 to February 2025. Currently, she contributes to research activities while pursuing her doctoral studies.
