Sofie Isler is an Academic Assistant and Researcher at the University of Lucerne’s Faculty of Law, affiliated with Prof. Dr. Martina Caroni’s team. She concurrently serves as a teaching assistant and substitute lecturer for international public law at the Fernuni Schweiz. Her research focuses on asylum law, international humanitarian law, and migration law, with a current dissertation on the asylum eligibility of former prisoners of war.
