Fabbri Andrea

Andrea Fabbri serves as Full Professor of General Arboriculture and Tree Cultivation at the University of Parma's Department of Food Sciences since 2001, concurrently leading the Degree Course in Gastronomic Sciences and the Master's Program in Territorial Food and Wine Marketing. His institutional roles include PhD program membership in Food Science and Technology, directorship of the Interdepartmental Center for Energy and Environment (2006-2009), and dual-term leadership of the University Botanical Garden (2002-2003, 2008-2012).

His research dominion centers on olive cultivation systems, evidenced by seminal work in propagation physiology, pomological characterization, and revival of olive growing in non-traditional regions like Emilia.
